Terms of use

Purpose and operator

Attenda is operated by Asociația CNMK Studio as an internal educational and project-event tool. These terms cover accounts, temporary check-in, attendance, feedback, reports, and optional integrations. Use it for activities organized or authorized by the association and follow these conditions.

Access

Participants can use an email/password or Google account. A valid event check-in also allows a temporary identity. Permissions depend on your role; creating an account does not give administrative access. Access for educational activities involving minors must be arranged by the organizer with any required permissions under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use Attenda for legitimate event and participation activities. You must:

• provide information you are authorized to handle and reasonably believe is accurate; do not impersonate another attendee or record attendance for someone without authorization;
• respect confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property rights, and applicable laws; do not submit abusive or unnecessarily sensitive feedback; and
• not share private check-in or recovery links improperly, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or access another person's account or private records.

Accounts and security

Protect your sign-in credentials, devices, and temporary session. Notify the association if you suspect unauthorized access. Permanent accounts can optionally add passkeys; keep a verified email/password or Google method available for recovery if a device or passkey is lost. Removing a passkey in Attenda stops its use here, but does not remove it from your device or password manager. A temporary identity has no independent recovery credential; use the account-linking or organizer-assisted merge process to preserve its history in a permanent account. Do not merge identities you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

Attendance and feedback

Attendance is recorded from a valid check-in or an authorized administrative entry. Corrections and removals may be audited. Feedback is identified and visible to administrators, including individual responses. Review your recorded attendance and report mistakes to the organizer. A report alone does not promise an award, certificate, or eligibility decision.

Submitted information

You retain any rights you hold in information you submit. You authorize the association and its service providers to process it as needed to provide, secure, and administer Attenda and the associated activities. Only submit information you have permission to use. Administrators are responsible for appropriate handling of reports and exports.

Calendar options

Google sign-in and Calendar actions are also subject to Google's terms and policies. Calendar authorization is optional and can be revoked. Connected event copies change only when you or an authorized administrator explicitly request an update. Attenda does not automatically sync changes, send calendar invitations, or guarantee reminders from your calendar provider.

One-time Google links and .ics files create copies managed by your calendar application. Attenda cannot track, adopt, or reliably deduplicate those copies. Choose one method per event and check the event in Attenda for changes; manual resync applies only to the tracked connected copy.

Optional notifications

Push notifications require your separate browser permission and a project or event choice in Attenda. You can turn either off. Reminders are approximate, may be delayed or missed, and are not a substitute for checking the event in Attenda. Event changes do not automatically update a personal Google Calendar or imported .ics copy.

Administrator MCP clients

Only administrators may connect MCP clients. Use trusted, approved clients, review which records they receive, and explicitly authorize mutations. AI-generated requests or suggestions may be wrong; the administrator remains responsible for reviewing actions and results and for lawful disclosure of participant information.

Development and availability

Attenda is currently in development. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, or security work. There is no promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep appropriate copies of important project records and verify event details with the organizer when needed.

Suspension and removal of access

The association may restrict or remove access when authorization ends, these conditions are breached, or protection of users and data requires it. Access removal is separate from record deletion, which follows the privacy policy and reviewed requests.

Responsibility

The association administers the service and participants must use it responsibly. Errors should be reported promptly. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Attenda evolves. The effective date identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated to affected users as appropriate.
